Auto Accidents

We do treat auto accidents at Palm Beach Spine and Sport. It is Florida law that you must see a licensed physician such as a medical doctor, chiropractor, urgent care, ect.. within 14 days of your accident in order to have auto insurance coverage for injuries sustained from the accident. Florida is a no-fault state. Which means your personal auto insurance by law has to cover injuries sustained in an auto accident. Your insurance company cannot legally increase our premiums if you seek medical treatment for injuries sustained in an auto accident. You do not need an attorney to be seen or treated for injuries sustained from an accident. If you would like an attorney, we work with some of the most highly respected attorneys in the area.
